Vaha Flow Return and Refund Policy


Domestic Returns (Within India)

  • Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their order by contacting us at hi@vahaflow.com.

  • Include the following in your return request:

    • Reason for return

    • Product images

    • Unboxing video (without any cuts)

  • Once the return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and schedule a pickup.

  • Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 10 business days after we receive the returned product.


International Orders

  • We regret to inform you that we cannot process returns or refunds for international orders due to high shipping costs.

  • However, we will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@vahaflow.com.

  • Provide details and supporting evidence (images/videos) so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged.


Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get a replacement is to:

    1. Return the original item.

    2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at hi@vahaflow.com.
