Vaha Flow Return and Refund Policy
Domestic Returns (Within India)

Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their order by contacting us at hi@vahaflow.com.

Unboxing video (without any cuts)

Once the return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and schedule a pickup.

Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 10 business days after we receive the returned product.
International Orders

We regret to inform you that we cannot process returns or refunds for international orders due to high shipping costs.

However, we will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@vahaflow.com.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged.

The fastest way to get a replacement is to:
